Refund Policy

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within 7 days of delivery. This applies to all of our products.

We guarantee to refund you the cost of your product, excluding carriage charges, or exchange for another if you have ordered wrongly or it is not up to your expectations, provided you return the goods unused within 14 days.

In the event of any faulty goods, please contact us immediately. If you need to return any item please don't forget to enclose all your details in the package. Always remember to ask for a proof of postage from your Post Office when returning goods, just in case the package fails to reach us.

This does not affect your statutory rights (see below). Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us. Always include the Packing Note that accompanied your item. For your protection, we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting certificate.

Statutory Rights: Cooling-off Period By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, on the Packing Note please state the Reason for Return as "contract cancellation? Then send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service in this instance.
